Title: Intern, Customer Experience

Department: Marketing

Location: South Plainfield, NJ



  1. Analyze customer feedback and customer communications to develop self-service areas of interest
  2. Profile our existing and target customers to understand their needs and better position our products and services in the market
  3. Work with marketing communications to develop content and strategies for outbound communication and sales collateral


  1. Enrollment in / Completion of a Biology, Science, Business or Marketing degree required
  2. Experience in public relations, corporate communications or marketing preferred
  3. Must be organized, detail-oriented with ability to execute highly accurate work under tight deadlines
  4. Excellent written and verbal skills required
  5. Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work with various internal and external customers effectively
